Refunds

Short version: you can coach one client free forever, so you never have to pay to find out whether this works for you. If you do pay and it is not what you wanted, ask within 14 days and we will give it back. No reason needed and no argument.

Your first payment

Ask within 14 days of the charge and you get all of it back. You do not have to tell us why, and we will not try to talk you out of it.

Renewals

Solo renews every month until you cancel. Cancel before the renewal date and you are not charged again.

If you meant to cancel and forgot, email us within 14 days of the charge and we will refund it. Nobody should pay for a month they did not intend to buy.

Cancelling

Cancel whenever you like. You keep everything you have paid for until the end of the period, and then the account goes back to the free plan. Nothing is deleted: every client, every block and every logged set stays exactly where it is, and you can still open all of it. You just go back to coaching one client at a time until you come back.

We do not refund part of a month you have already used, beyond the cases above.

How to ask

Email hello@coachblocks.com from the address on your account and say you want a refund. We aim to answer within two working days.

How the money comes back

Payments are handled by Paddle, who are the merchant of record for CoachBlocks. That means your card statement says Paddle rather than CoachBlocks, and refunds go back through them to the card or account you paid with. Once approved, it usually lands within five to ten working days, depending on your bank.

Your rights on top of this

Nothing here takes away rights you already have by law. If you are a consumer in the EU, the EEA or the UK, you have a statutory right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days, which Paddle honours as the seller of record. Where their obligation and this policy differ, whichever is better for you applies.

Chargebacks

Please email us before asking your bank to reverse a charge. A chargeback takes weeks and costs us a fee; a refund takes minutes and costs nothing. We would rather just give you your money back.
